Troy Village is a seasoned mortgage executive and Founder of Troy Village Brokerage, bringing extensive experience in residential mortgage lending, business development, sales management, and team leadership.

Known for his consultative, client-first approach, Troy has built a distinguished career helping individuals and families navigate the mortgage process with confidence while consistently delivering results through changing market conditions.

Throughout his career, Troy has managed and/or personally funded approximately $3 billion in residential mortgage production. His commitment to excellence and leadership has earned him prestigious industry recognition, including Top 1% Mortgage Originator, President’s Club, and Chairman’s Elite honors.

Troy holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University. NMLS-licensed mortgage professional (NMLS #325112) in California, Nevada, and Arizona, and California Real Estate Broker (DRE #01398829).
